As we transition into refining the vision and selecting materials, we will review the investment and finalize the design concept to begin ordering. Design drawings are created for you to visualize your space, along with specifications for each product to ensure that quality and standards are met. Product tracking will monitor the procurement of selections, while a pre-construction review ensures that all details are aligned before breaking ground. Everyone involved in the process will receive a notebook of all product specifications, necessary documentation and guidelines. Collaboration between the builder and designer is the key to bringing the vision to life.

As we reach the finale of our project, we are ready for the big reveal! As installation is completed, final touch-ups are made, and punch list items are addressed to perfect every detail. As we complete this final phase, you can do a happy dance, marking the completion of your project, which is now ready for you to live in and enjoy.
