A lifestyle questionnaire will lead us into brainstorming ideas that align with your needs and preferences. We also review the project investment together and explore various design styles to refine the direction of your personalized and functional design.

Our concepts are transformed into detailed plans as we collaborate together to refine ideas, create detailed drawings, and look at materials and furnishings. During our presentation we will walk you through our ideas, allowing for feedback and adjustments. This is the bridge between concept and execution, ensuring a cohesive space.

As we transition into refining the vision and selecting materials, we will review the investment and finalize the design concept to begin ordering. Design drawings are created for you to visualize your space, along with specifications for each product to ensure that quality and standards are met. This will help us to achieve seamless execution of the design.
Final Design

Several steps are taken during this phase to ensure that the project stays on track. Product tracking will monitor the procurement of selections, while a pre-construction review ensures that all details are aligned before breaking ground. Everyone involved in the process will receive a notebook of all product specifications, necessary documentation and guidelines. Collaboration between the builder and designer is the key to bringing the vision to life.

As we reach the finale of our project, we are ready for the big reveal! As installation is completed, final touch-ups are made, and punch list items are addressed to perfect every detail. As we complete this final phase, you can do a happy dance, marking the completion of your project, which is now ready for you to live in and enjoy.
